NETBET LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Loyalty T&Cs”) govern participation in the NetBet Loyalty Program (“the Program”), operated by NetBet. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Loyalty T&Cs in addition to NetBet’s General Terms and Conditions, Bonus Policy, and Privacy Policy (together, “the General Terms”).

1.2 In the event of any conflict between these Loyalty T&Cs and the General Terms, the General Terms shall prevail unless these Loyalty T&Cs expressly state otherwise.

1.3 The Program is available to registered customers of NetBet who are of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction and whose accounts are active, compliant with the platform's rules, and not subject to restrictions or disciplinary action. Customers who are self-excluded, have closed accounts, or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible to participate.

1.4 NetBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, subject to reasonable notice where practicable. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or on-site notification. Continued participation after any change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.5 NetBet reserves the right to remove a customer from the Program, withhold or void any reward, or reverse any level assignment where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.

2. Enrolment and Eligibility

2.1 Enrolment in the Program is automatic for all eligible registered customers. No separate registration is required.

2.2 Only real-money wagers placed with the customer's own funds count towards Experience Points accumulation. Wagers funded by bonus money, free spins, free bets, or any other promotional credit do not generate Experience Points unless expressly stated.

2.3 The Program is intended for individual customer use only. Account sharing, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate Experience Points accumulation through coordinated activity is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all accrued benefits.

2.4 NetBet may impose market-specific restrictions on the availability or scope of Program benefits. Customers should refer to applicable market-specific terms or contact Support for details.

3. Experience Points Accumulation and Level Progression

3.1 Experience Points (Experience Points) are earned by placing real-money wagers across eligible game categories on the NetBet platform.

3.2 The Experience Points rate may vary by game type, bet type, or product vertical at NetBet's discretion. NetBet reserves the right to amend Experience Points rates at any time.

3.3 Experience Points are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or withdrawn.

3.4 Experience points are not time-limited and do not expire. NetBet reserves the right to introduce activity requirements with reasonable prior notice.

3.5 The Program comprises of 28 levels.

3.6 Each level requires a cumulative Experience Points threshold as set out in the Level Schedule in Schedule 1 of these Loyalty T&Cs. Level-up occurs automatically when the required Experience Points threshold is reached.

3.7 Once a Level is achieved, it remains valid indefinitely and will not expire or be downgraded. NetBet reserves the right to introduce validity and expiry requirements with reasonable prior notice.

4. Level-Up Prizes

4.1 Upon reaching a new level, the customer is entitled to the Level-Up Prize associated with that level, as set out in Schedule 1.

4.2 Level-Up Prizes are credited automatically to the customer's account, unless otherwise specified. Where manual processing is required, prizes will be credited within 72 hours of the level-up event.

4.3 Each Level-Up Prize is awarded once per customer per level. Prizes cannot be claimed retrospectively for levels already reached prior to the customer's enrolment in the Program.

4.4 Level-Up Prize types include Free Spins, Casino Bonuses, Free Bets, and Live Casino Vouchers. The specific prize for each level is set out in Schedule 1.

4.5 Players identified as bonus seekers are not eligible to receive level-up prizes. For more information on bonus seekers status, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions, points 14.25, 14.26, 14.5.1

4.6 Free Spins

4.6.1 Free Spins are credited to the game specified at the time of award, or to a nominated game selected by NetBet at its discretion.

4.6.2 Free Spins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. The spin value of each Free Spin is as stated in Schedule 1 for the relevant level.

4.6.3 Winnings generated from Free Spins are subject to a x30 (thirty times) playthrough requirement before any withdrawal may be made.

4.6.4 The maximum individual stake authorised whilst having an active bonus triggered from Free Spins is €5 per spin on slots. As a result, any attempt to place a higher bonus stake will not be authorised.

4.6.5 The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by the Free Spins is €500 (or equivalent in local currency), regardless of total winnings accrued.

4.6.6 Free Spins expire 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Any associated winnings expire 7 days after the Free Spins are played unless otherwise stated.

4.7 Casino Bonuses

4.7.1 Casino Bonuses are credited to the customer's bonus balance and are available for use on eligible casino games as designated by NetBet.

4.7.2 Casino Bonuses are subject to a x30 (thirty times) wagering requirement, unless a different requirement is expressly stated for a specific level (for example, the Level 11 Evolution Live Casino Voucher carries a x1 wagering requirement).

4.7.3 The maximum individual stake authorised whilst having an active bonus triggered from a level up bonus reward is €5 per spin on slots. As a result, any attempt to place a higher bonus stake will not be authorised.

4.7.4 The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a Casino Bonus, that was a level up reward from up to level 24 is €500 (or equivalent in local currency), regardless of total winnings.

4.7.5 The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a Casino Bonus, that was a level up reward from levels 25 to 28 is €5000 (or equivalent in local currency), regardless of total winnings.

4.7.6 Casino Bonuses expire 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.

4.8 Free Bets

4.8.1 Free Bets are credited to the customer's account and are available for use on eligible sports betting markets.

4.8.2 Free Bets are non-withdrawable. Only net winnings (i.e. winnings in excess of the Free Bet stake) are creditable to the customer's withdrawable balance.

4.8.3 Free Bet winnings are not subject to a separate wagering requirement unless stated.

4.8.4 Free Bets expire 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.

⚠ All Level-Up Prizes are subject to NetBet's General Bonus Policy. Where a bonus type has specific terms that differ from those stated in these Loyalty T&Cs, the more specific terms shall apply.

5. Ongoing Reward Streams

In addition to Level-Up Prizes, the Program provides a series of ongoing reward streams that are unlocked progressively as customers advance through levels. The streams are described below.

For all ongoing reward streams, including Instant Rakeback, Daily Rakeback, Daily Cashback, Weekly Rakeback, Weekly Cashback, Monthly Rakeback and Monthly Cashback, the applicable reward amount, rate, qualifying threshold, claim window or other relevant conditions will be displayed to the customer in the Loyalty section and/or at the point the reward is made available. NetBet may update reward rates, thresholds and eligibility criteria from time to time. Customers will be able to view the applicable reward before choosing whether to claim it.

5.1 Instant Rakeback

5.1.1 Instant Rakeback is a reward that accumulates during an eligible gaming session once the customer reaches a qualifying wagering threshold determined by NetBet.

5.1.2 The qualifying wagering threshold and the Instant Rakeback amount are determined by NetBet at its sole discretion and may vary based on the customer's current Level and other promotional criteria. These values are not published.

5.1.3 Instant Rakeback is available from Level 2 (Bronze) and increases at each level milestone. Higher levels attract materially higher rates.

5.1.4 Crash, Arcade, and Instant Games (e.g., Aviator, Hi-Lo, Gold Digger: Mines, High Flyer, Stock Market, Treasure Dive, MinesweeperXY, etc.) are excluded from instant rakeback. Bets placed on these game categories do not affect the calculation of instant rakeback.

5.1.5 Once the qualifying wagering threshold has been reached, Instant Rakeback accumulates in the customer's Instant Rakeback Pot and may be claimed at any time before it expires.

5.1.6 Any Instant Rakeback claimed is credited to the customer's cash balance and is immediately available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to these Terms and any applicable account restrictions.

5.1.7 The Instant Rakeback Pot resets daily. Any unclaimed Instant Rakeback expires at 23:59 (local time) each day and cannot be recovered once expired.

5.2 Daily Rakeback

5.2.1 Daily Rakeback is a personalised daily bonus made available between 12:00 and 14:00 CET each day, based on the customer's recent wagering activity.

5.2.2 Your Daily Rakeback is based on your wagering from the previous calendar day.

5.2.3 Daily Rakeback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold) and increases at each level milestone. Higher levels attract materially higher rates. These rates are not published.

5.2.4 Daily Rakeback must be claimed before it expires. Unless otherwise stated, each Daily Rakeback offer remains available for 24 hours from the time it is made available. Any unclaimed Daily Rakeback will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

5.2.5 Any Daily Rakeback claimed is credited to the customer's cash balance and is immediately available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to these Terms and any applicable account restrictions.

5.3 Daily Cashback

5.3.1 Daily Cashback is a personalised daily bonus made available between 12:00 and 14:00 CET each day, based on the customer's recent net losses.

5.3.2 Your Daily Cashback is based on your net losses of your previous calendar day

5.3.4 Daily Cashback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold) and increases at each level milestone. Higher levels attract materially higher rates. These rates are not published.

5.3.5 Daily Cashback must be claimed before it expires. Unless otherwise stated, each Daily Cashback offer remains available for 24 hours from the time it is made available. Any unclaimed Daily Cashback will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

5.3.6 Any Daily Cashback claimed is credited to the customer's cash balance and is immediately available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to these Terms and any applicable account restrictions.

5.4 Weekly Rakeback

5.4.1 Weekly Rakeback is calculated on total eligible wagers placed in the previous calendar week (Monday to Sunday).

5.4.2 Weekly Rakeback is made available every Monday between 12:00 and 14:00 CET.

5.4.3 Weekly Rakeback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold).

5.4.4 Weekly Rakeback must be claimed before it expires. Unless otherwise stated, each Weekly Rakeback offer remains available for 24 hours from the time it is made available. Any unclaimed Weekly Rakeback will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

5.4.5 The applicable rate increases with level progression. Rates are determined by NetBet and are not published externally.

5.5 Weekly Cashback

5.5.1 Weekly Cashback is calculated on net losses incurred during the previous calendar week (Monday to Sunday).

5.5.2 Weekly Cashback is made available every Monday between 12:00 and 14:00 CET.

5.5.3 Weekly Cashback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold).

5.5.4 Weekly Cashback must be claimed before it expires. Unless otherwise stated, each Weekly Cashback offer remains available for 24 hours from the time it is made available. Any unclaimed Weekly Cashback will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

5.5.5 The applicable rate increases with level progression. Rates are determined by NetBet and are not published externally.

5.6 Monthly Rakeback

5.6.1 Monthly Rakeback is calculated on total eligible wagers placed during the previous 30-day calendar month.

5.6.2 Monthly Rakeback is made available on the 1st day of the month between 12:00 and 14:00 CET.

5.6.3 Monthly Rakeback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold).

5.6.4 Monthly Rakeback must be claimed before it expires. Unless otherwise stated, each Monthly Rakeback offer remains available for 24 hours from the time it is made available. Any unclaimed Monthly Rakeback will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

5.6.5 The applicable rate increases with level progression. Rates are determined by NetBet and are not published externally.

5.7 Monthly Cashback

5.7.1 Monthly Cashback is calculated on net losses incurred during the previous 30-day calendar month.

5.7.2 Monthly Cashback is made available on the 1st day of the month between 12:00 and 14:00 CET.

5.7.3 Monthly Cashback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold).

5.7.4 Monthly Cashback must be claimed before it expires. Unless otherwise stated, each Monthly Cashback offer remains available for 24 hours from the time it is made available. Any unclaimed Monthly Cashback will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

5.7.5 The applicable rate increases with level progression. Rates are determined by NetBet and are not published externally.

5.8 Highest Tier Exclusive Benefits (Levels 25–28)

5.8.1 Customers who reach the Highest tiers (Levels 25–28) will receive, in addition to all standard reward streams, the following exclusive benefits:
- Exclusive Promotions: Offers designed exclusively for them and not available to any other tier.
- Personal Account Manager (PAM): A dedicated Account Manager available directly for any request, providing personalised service and proactive account management.
- Bespoke Perks (Levels 27–28): Custom experiences, rewards, and surprises arranged at the Account Manager's discretion.

5.8.2 Highest Tier benefits are at-will provisions and may be modified or withdrawn by NetBet at any time where circumstances require, including in response to regulatory requirements or changes in the customer's account status.

6. General Bonus and Reward Terms

6.1 All rewards issued under this Program are subject to NetBet's Bonus Policy and any applicable market-specific bonus terms.

6.2 Rewards credited in error must not be used. If a customer uses a reward that was issued in error, NetBet reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from the customer's account balance.

6.3 Experience Points and rewards are linked to a single registered account. Customers may hold only one account on the NetBet platform.

6.4 Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted under the terms of those promotions.

6.5 NetBet reserves the right to cap the total value of rewards earned under the Program per customer per period. Where a cap applies, it will be communicated to the customer.

6.6 All reward values stated in the Program are in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified. For customers whose accounts are denominated in a different currency, amounts will be converted at NetBet's prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

7. Responsible Gambling

7.1 NetBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Program is designed as an entertainment and reward mechanic and should not be used as an incentive to increase wagering beyond what is personally appropriate.

7.2 Customers who have set deposit limits, wagering limits, or time limits on their accounts should be aware that these limits remain in full force and will not be overridden by the Program's mechanics.

7.3 Customers who self-exclude will be immediately removed from the Program and will forfeit any unredeemed rewards at the time of self-exclusion. These rewards will not be reinstated if the self-exclusion is subsequently lifted.

7.4 NetBet may, at its discretion, restrict or remove a customer's access to the Program if it reasonably believes continued participation may be harmful to that customer.

8. Governing Law and Complaints

8.1 These Loyalty T&Cs are governed by the laws of Malta and the regulations of the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), together with NetBet's General Terms and Conditions.

8.2 Any complaint relating to the Program should be submitted to NetBet's Customer Support team in the first instance. NetBet will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 28 days.

8.3 If the complaint is not resolved to the customer’s satisfaction, the customer may escalate the matter in accordance with the complaints process set out in NetBet’s General Terms and Conditions, including referral to the Malta Gaming Authority where applicable.

Schedule 1 — Level Schedule and Level-Up Prize Summary

The following table sets out the Experience Points required for each level and the associated Level-Up Prize. All prizes are subject to the terms set out in Section 4 of these Loyalty T&Cs. Players marked as bonus seekers are not eligible for the level-up rewards. For more information on bonus seeker statuses, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions point 14.25, 14.26, 14.5.1
