Who is eligible?
* As a NetBet Casino account holder, you’ll be joining our Players Club as a Bronze member from the very first real money bet (cash balance) you’ll be playing on our games.

How does it work?
* Players Club Points, called NetPoints, will automatically be assigned in real time on every real money bet (cash) you place on Casino, Live Casino and/or Lotto game. Wagers made with bonus funds will not count towards the Players Club.
* Most of our Casino, Live Casino and Lotto games contribute to the NetPoints program. More details on the number of points allocated by game categories can be found under the 'EARN NETPOINTS' section.
* The following games are not eligible for NetPoints: Quick Time, Golden Fish, Multitimes, 777 Double Bingo, Afternoon Tea Party, Baker Street, Caribbean Treasure, Crazy Quick Time, Eternal Shine, French Maid, Game Show, Happy Friends, Hot Seven, Hot Times, Illusions, Live Roulette Auto, Magical Unicorn, Mega Spin Fortune, Ninja Chef Kitchen, Oriental Tiger, Pharaoh's Treasures, Phoenix, Ruby Box, Scrolls of Ra, Spicy Chillies, Spin or Reels, Surf Frenzy, The Great Art Robbery, Triple Wild, Wild Power Boost, Wonders of the World and X-tra Bonus Reels.

How and when is my Player Status calculated?
* Your Player Status will be upgraded in real time according to level points requirement. More details on Players Club status and the number of points each level required can be found under the 'PLAYERS CLUB' section.
* Player Statuses are reviewed monthly at the start of each month based on the past calendar month (from the first to last day each month) and you must reach the current level point requirement to keep and renew your status for one more month, otherwise you’ll be downgraded to the level you collected enough points for.
* Bronze, Silver, Gold or Diamond Status are granted for 1 month. For Platinum and Stellar Status, the level eligibility time frame is extended for 6 months with the minimum points requirement to be completed in the first two months to be maintained. Once you reach the Elite level you will remain Elite for life.
* Total NetPoints balance available to be spent at the shop functions independently from your Player Status points requirement. For example, if you have collected 124,000 points since the 1st of the month and you've spent some of these in the Club Shop, your level will be calculated based on your total monthly points accumulated (124,000) without considering any purchase’s points deduction nor NetPoints boost. Check 'MY CLUB' section to control your monthly performance and see how many points you need to accumulate to reach the next level.

What benefits can I get from my NetPoints?
* Accumulated NetPoints can be exchanged for a wide range of rewards available in our 'CLUB SHOP'.
* Some items may be restricted by Player Status level. In order to purchase something from the shop, you’ll need to have accumulated enough points to match the NetPoints value plus have reached the minimum level required to unlock selected item.
* Items bought from the shop cannot be exchanged or transferred or refunded after purchase.
* Once successfully purchased, NetPoint costs will be immediately deducted from your total balance and added to your Players account.
* Casino bonuses will automatically be credited to player’s ‘Available offers’ section and must be wagered 40 times (40x playthrough) before winnings may be withdrawn.
* Cash prizes will automatically be credited to player’s cash balance and exempt from wagering conditions (free for cash-out).
* Monthly prize draw tickets will be valid only for month of purchase draw. Winners will be randomly selected among all ticket holders and contacted the first week of the following month.

What else do I need to know?
* Players Club benefits will expire after 12 months inactivity. Please note, that if you do not log in to your account for a period of 12 months, you will be automatically reverted back to Bronze level and your NetPoints balance, if any, will be forfeited and not refundable.
* Players notified as bonus seekers are only eligible for cash and ticket purchases. For more information on bonus seeker statuses, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions point 14.24.
* Offer is subject to NetBet Casino's Terms and Conditions.
* NetBet reserves the right to exclude players who participate in the promotion with multiple accounts. Should we have any reason to believe that either an account or group of accounts are operating systematically, e.g. using specific betting techniques or group wagering, NetBet reserves the right to block or permanently close all accounts. In these circumstances, accounts will be automatically excluded from any further participation in the promotion even if they have already begun depositing or wagering for it.
